NCAA REGIONAL QUALIFIER
2011 Season: Ran in six races on the season and placed 29th at the Southland Conference championships with a time of 26:20.7... finished 57th at the NCAA regionals with a 32:55... teamed with Lewi Manirumva to finish second at the McNeese Relay with a 17:13 clocking... placed 7th at the Cowboy Stampede with a time of 19:41.
Prior to McNeese: A transfer from Paradise Valley Community College where he earned junior college all-America honors in the 3,000 meters, 1500 meters and the mile run.
High School: state champion in the 800 meters, the mile run and in cross country.
Personal: Born May 26, 1991... parents are David and Brenda Evans... majoring in exercise science.
