Pre-Race Info:
                          PACKET PICKUP:  Packet pick up will be from 8:00am -5:00pm on October 5,2012 at the
                           ticket office in the Jack V. Doland Field House.                                       

                          ACCOMMODATIONS: Call Lake Charles Convention & Visitors Bureau at (337) 436-9588 or
                          visit www.visitlakecharles.org or www.hotelsoflakecharles.com.  Call early since accommodations are
                          limited and fill fast.

                          CANCELLATION POLICY: This race will not be rescheduled. The cancellation of this event is
                          at the discretion of race directors. The race will start during light rain. Cancellation will occur if
                          thunder or lightning is present in the area. We will do everything in our power to allow the event
                          to take place, but we will not compromise your safety.
                          **There are NO refunds.

Race Day Info:
                          RACE DAY REGRISTRATION: There will be race day regristraion from 6:00am to 7:00am.

                          RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP: Race day packet pickup will be from 6:00am to 7:00am.  EVERYONE
                          IS ENCOURAGED TO PICKUP PACKET PRIOR TO THE MORNING OF THE RACE.

                          PARKING:  The race will start at the swimming pool at the Ward Arena/Rec Complex located on
                    McNeese State University off Common Street.  There will be four marked parking lots for all 
                    participants and spectators to park at.  NO parking on the streets.  C

                          TRANSITION AREAS: Transition area and body marking opens at 6:00am. Bike racks will be
                          assigned according to your race number.

                          START TIME: Race starts promptly at 8:00am
